Mojang revealed today they’ve been working on a new project inside the Minecraft universe; an action-strategy title called Minecraft Legends. Dennis Ries, an Executive Producer on Minecraft Legends, took to Xbox Wire to share more about the game, offering this tantalizing tidbit. “In Minecraft Legends, players will discover a gentle land, both familiar and mysterious, full of lush biomes and rich resources. But this beautiful land is on the brink of terrible change – the piglin invasion has begun and threatens to corrupt the Overworld.” Ries also notes that they’ll have more to share about Minecraft Legends soon, no doubt at the next Minecraft Live event.
