The new season will add a new faction, the Kuftaali, the pistol weapon type, a new story chapter called Light of Aaru, and much more. As for how this will be received by the fanbase it’s not looking good. At the time of writing this story, Babylon’s Fall has a total of 11 players on Steam, with a peak 24-hour count of 33. The all-time peak is set at 1,166. Overtaking Square Enix’s previous live service, Marvel’s Avengers, as the company’s worst-performing live service title.
