For all the Trophy hunters out there, we have some good news! Final Fantasy 14 will be getting a whole new set of trophies when the PS5 version. Well, as soon as it launches into its ‘open beta’ phase later this week.

As per the trophy lists gathered by Exophase and TrueTrophies, the game will have a massive 91 achievable awards on PS5. You’ll get your Bronze trophies for clearing the narrative beats of the game. Silver trophies will await anyone leveling classes to particular milestones, such as “Reach level 60 with any Disciple of War or Magic.”

The base game will give players 53 trophies (including a Platinum if you can complete everything). The three DLC packs will all offer 38 between them.

What happens if I am coming from PS4?

If you’re coming from PS4,  and have already achieved a majority of trophies there, you’ll be a little disappointed to hear that those wont pop up on the PS5 version. There will be actually quite a difference between the two lists.

However, if you are a lapsed player, it may be a good time to re-enter the world of Eorza. There’s a big  update coming later this year, and it stands to reason that you’ll be able to earn more trophies when they’re added in Fall 2021, too.

Final Fantasy 14 will go into open beta on PS5 (alongside the release of Patch 5.5) on April 13th.

Will you be playing and trophy hunting again? Is it your first time playing? Tell us in the comment section below.
