Days Gone was one of Sony’s lukewarm exclusives. It launched to major technical problems but still gained a healthy audience. Now the title is coming to PC this May 18th.

Like Horizon Zero Dawn this will likely significantly increase the sales of the title and notoriety. With recent rumors about a canceled Days Gone 2 hopefully this will provide enough of a boost to get Sony to reconsider. As Days Gone left on major cliffhangers.

The PC version will have some benefits. This includes ultra-wide support, unlocked frame rate, and increase the Freaker count to 500.

Days Gone stars Deacon St. John, a biker surviving in a destroyed world ravaged by a virus. Called the Freaker virus it has turned most of the humans and wildlife into mutates, leaving only pockets of unmutated life remaining. Deacon must find a way to survive having lost so much.

Days Gone is now available for PS4 and PS5. It’ll launch for PC this May 18th.
