The reason being the recent cyber attack on the studio’s IT infrastructure. CD Projekt RED was recently hit with a cyberattack and allegedly resulted in stolen source code for Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The hackers demanded a ransom or they would leak the information and according to rumors, the source has surfaced online. However, CD Projekt RED has been DMCA claiming any videos showing off any of the leaked assets. Cyberpunk 2077 is now available for Xbox One, Xbox Series, PC, and PS4, and PS5 through physical copies only.
