Devotion was a positively received psychological horror video game developed by Red Candle Games. The title was pulled down due to Chinese gamers learning of the controversial reference to Xi Jinping which compared the Chinese leader to Winnie the Pooh. The game was bombarded with negative reviews and then removed. The game was listed to GOG until it was taken off and Red Candle Games has responded.

As of now, fans have vented their frustration at GOG, owned by CD Projekt RED, about the decision. With the company currently facing problems with the launch of Cyberpunk 2077, this will only add more fuel to that growing fire.
