Halo Infinite was going to launch for Xbox Series S/X as the debut title but was pushed back. Now, 343 has an updated release window of Fall 2021.

This is a huge push back for such a highly anticipated title. 343 Industries did release new information including images of the game but past reports have indicated a difficult development. With multiple directors leaving and the game being pushed back due to the negative reception of the demo. The images shown have incredible visuals, which is likely to try and highlight that feedback was taken and these are the results.

Regardless, this is a huge push back. Games having months or weeks in their delay is common like we just had with Cyberpunk 2077. But an entire year shows that something went wrong.

Halo Infinite launches in Fall 2021 for Xbox One, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
