Since its launch, Google Stadia has been struggling against the competition. The streaming console has been fumbling and has no real selling point. With the platform requiring high internet requirements, laggy input, and selling older games at higher prices than other platforms to name a few issues. Perhaps things will turn around as Google is hosting a presentation this July 14th to show off the future of the platform. The presentation will need to be a hit. Sony is riding high after the PlayStation 5 live stream. Showing off incredible exclusives such as Horizon: Forbidden West, Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart, and Spider-Man Miles Morales. Microsoft has had less luck with the Xbox Series X but has been receiving a lot of positive reception for the Xbox Game Pass and the upcoming Smart Delivery system. Nintendo has been soaring with Animal Crossing: New Horizons and the reveal of New Pokemon Snap. So Stadia needs to turn heads in this presentation. With next-generation systems on the way and the recent console exclusive deal for Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass not going over well Stadia really needs a win to convince users to purchase the platform.
