Recently, Square Enix confirmed that retails releases of Final Fantasy VII Remake would be limited due to the global outbreak of COVID-19. With shipping issues around the world, some gamers got lucky and received early copies. Square Enix is aware of this and is asking those gamers not to spoil the game. An important message from the #FinalFantasy VII Remake development team. #FF7R pic.twitter.com/UwBMNaIaXX — FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE (@finalfantasyvii) March 30, 2020 Square Enix explained that the development team worked hard on this game and exposing unreleased content would ruin all that hard work. Instead, the publisher is asking those gamers to not upload to expose any secrets. It looks like Square Enix isn’t adding in the ending of the game in a patch like in Kingdom Hearts III. Which was done to avoid early playthroughs exposing the secret ending. Instead, gamers who have early copies of Final Fantasy VII Remake can play the game from start to finish. Final Fantasy VII Remake launches this April 10th for PS4.
