A new trailer for Apex Legends Season 4: Assimilation was released today giving details into the history of Revenant. Recently there have been rumors and speculation around Revenant, an upcoming playable character in Apex Legends, however, Respawn had not commented. The story takes place 25 years prior to the Apex Legends storyline and according to the Apex Legends Twitter, “Revenant was once the greatest hitman the Syndicate ever had. But when his programming failed, he saw what Hammond Robotics had turned him into. Hammond Robotics’ return to the Outlands has renewed his thirst for vengeance, and he won’t stop until they’re all dead.” See the Assimilation Launch Trailer below.
