Golem was revealed back in 2015 and since then fans have been eagerly waiting for the PS VR exclusive for years. Now, it’s set to launch this fall.

Golem stars Twine, a young kid who was critically wounded and can now construct Golems and use them to interact with the world. Twine will use these Golems to discover how his family is connected to the largely abandoned city.

Of the announcement, Jaime Griesemer, Creative Director at Highwire, says “It’s so gratifying to see our original vision for Golem come together into a full experience. We’ve really had to push ourselves and the technology, but I think the game is beautiful and I can’t wait for everyone to be able to play it. And we’re pretty old school, so it won’t feel ‘finished’ for us until we see it on store shelves.”

Golem will launch this fall for PlayStation VR. Thanks to Perp Games a physical copy will be available for EU and US territories.
