Man of Medan is the first part of Supermassive Games’ The Dark Pictures Anthology that launches this August. To get players ready, Bandai Namco has a developer’s diary that features one of the characters, Conrad. Played by Shawn Ashmore, who also starred as Quantum Break’s Jack Joyce. Ashmore explains how the player can construct Conrad into a hero or selfish people. With Ashmore explaining that Conrad opens as a rude and brash people but the player is given ample opportunity to alter or amplify those qualities. A lot of gamers are looking forward to Supermassive Games’ next project after Until Dawn launched. Until Dawn is still heralded as one of the best games this generation for its butterfly effect mechanic. Changing the story based on the player’s choices, ensuring no one is safe. Man of Medan releases for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One August 30.
