After being leaked this week Bungie confirmed that the next expansion will be Shadowkeep and have Guardians returning to Eris Morn. In addition, Bungie has confirmed that year-one of Destiny 2, including the Curse of Osiris and Warmind expansions, will be available for free.

Shadowkeep will have Guardians revisiting the locale moon to find it “twisted, reshaped, and haunted by the trials of our past.” The expansion also makes the return of Eris Morn, a vanguard hunter who was the main quest-giver in the original Destiny’s The Dark Below expansion.

The moon won’t be the same. With the hive being present along with cracks around the surface of the moon.

Destiny 2 will be coming to Stadia on September 17th and include cross-save between all platforms but details are limited. Considering the rough launch and post-launch of Destiny 2 Activision has been doing everything to get gamers to play. First by offering the base game for free on PC for a limited time and now cross-save and progression. Guess they’re hoping the first taste will get fans addicted.

Lastly, all exclusive content will be available to everyone.

Destiny 2 is now available for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
