A new free to play Pokémon game is headed to your mobile device soon! Pokémon Rumble Rush has players sending their pocket monsters to battle in real time.

Pokémon Rumble Rush

The original Pokémon Rumble Rush released in 2009 on WiiWare and has since been released on several other Nintendo devices. The mobile version of the game will have players explore various islands where Pokémon can be defeated of befriended.

Pokémon Rumble Rush is sadly not a multiplayer game. However, if you are the first to discover a new island you will have the chance to name it. Players can also head to islands that have already been explored to try and find rare Pokémon and hidden secrets. There might also be legendary Pokémon ready to discover.

It was announced in 2017 the next Pokémon mobile game would be from the Pokémon Rumble series. It was originally called PokéLand, but the name has changed since the initial testing in Japan.

When can I play?!

Pokémon Rumble Rush is already out for Android owners living in Australia. Android owners can also change their region in the Google Play Store. For iOS owners and players in the rest of the world, Pokémon Company International has only said the game will be out shortly. Unfortunately, they did not give an exact date.
