Sony has announced that DLC for Days Gone will be released for free in June. The DLC will include a new game mode and Bike, Horde and Combat challenges.

The new Survival Mode will allow players to work through the story at higher difficulty settings without Survival Vision or fast travel. It will include a new immersive HUD that will remove the map and indicators from the game. Along with the new mode comes added trophies and bike skins.

Additionally, weekly challenges will be added to the game offering hours of gameplay. Starting in June players can take on Bike, Horde, or Combat challenges. These challenges will be rewarded with additional items.

Days Gone will release on April 26 for PlayStation 4.
