Metro Exodus has been delayed once before but it won’t happen again as the game has not only gone gold but also had its release date moved up.

4A and Deep Silver made the announcement today about the game’s new release date of February 15th instead of February 22nd. This means instead of competing with EA’s Anthem it’ll be competing with Jump Force, Far Cry New Dawn, Crackdown 3, and Dead or Alive 6. We’ll have to wait and see how well this title holds up against all those titles.

In addition, the opening cinematic for the game was released and uploaded by IGN.

Metro Exodus releases on February 15, 2019, for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
