Nintendo has announced that the Switch has set new sales records for the company over the holiday weekend.

The Nintendo Switch has now surpassed sales for the Wii, becoming the best-selling console for Nintendo for a five day period. These figures are for US only and do not include international sales for the system. In October Nintendo announced that the Switch had reached 22.86 million units sold and while the exact number of units sold from Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday have yet to be released the company did say they sold $250 million in products. This figure includes Switch sales along with 3DS, NES, and Super NES Classic, games and accessories.
