Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most discussed titles coming after E3 2018. The game’s 1-hour demo has become a hit and many are starving for any details regarding the game. With CD Projekt RED now confirming the game won’t have loading screens.

In the game’s official Discord serve Associate Design Director Kyle Rowley stated that “no loading screens after the initial load into the game”. This is an incredible accomplishment and notoriously used in Santa Monica’s God of War which was critically praised for this same feat.

Technical gameplay and details haven’t been released and considering that the closed-door demo showcased dense environments packed with characters it’ll be interesting how CD Projekt RED accomplishes this.

Cyberpunk 2077 is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, but lacks an official release date.
