Payday 2 released back in 2013 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. It eventually came to Xbox One and PS4 in 2015, and now will finally come to Nintendo Switch this week. The biggest issue with the Switch version, however, is communication since Nintendo doesn’t have a dedicated voice chat system like the other platforms. In a statement made to Kotaku AU, a spokesperson from publisher Starbreeze Studios stated that they’re ready to implement voice chat.

According to the statement:

“We are waiting to be able to participate in Nintendo’s VOIP app solution,” said a spokesperson for Starbreeze Studios, the game’s publisher, in an email to Kotaku. “As soon as we are given the go-ahead, this is definitely on our list to look into to update.”

The lack of voice chat will definitely be an issue as Payday 2 requires a lot of cooperation to pull of the toughest heists.

Payday 2 releases on Nintendo Switch February 27th.
