Bandai Namco and Arc System Works have been provided new trailers to generate publicity for their upcoming fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ. The latest trailer features the powerful God of Destruction Beerus. Beerus first appeared in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and served as the first antagonist for the new anime series Dragon Ball Super. Beerus us accompanied by his Angelic attendant and teacher Whis, but fights alone. Using an array of close and long-range attacks, Beerus uses Ki blasts to keep his enemies off balance. He can summon multiple orbs that can either surround himself or shot towards enemy players, use an AOE ki blast similar the one used against Goku in their second fight, and his Destruction before Creation attack. Beerus will be playable in the open beta next week. Dragon Ball FighterZ’s open beta will begin on January 14 at 12:00 a.m. PDT and will end on January 16 at 12:00 a.m. PDT.
