Ubisoft is adding new content to Assassin’s Creed Origins this month with a free update to release alongside the first DLC expansion coming this month.

This month, players will gain access to new quests marking the release of the Hidden Ones DLC, new outfits, a bigger item pool in Heka chests, and items from the Nightmare, First Civilization, Gladiator, and Wacky packs.

Ubisoft has also brought back the Trials of the Gods event with Anubis taking on Bayek from January 9-16 and Sobek joining the fight from January 23-30.

Ubisoft also revealed the new gear that will be available through the in-game store and Ubisoft Club in the coming weeks. The Almighty pack arrives in the store on January 16; the For Honor pack will come next on January 30. The Warden’s Oath outfit will also be added to the Ubisoft Club on January 30, while the Harlequin and Chop-Chop items will come at some date before the end of the month.

The Hidden Ones DLC will have Bayek exploring a new region and fighting against Romans and is included as part of the season pass.

Assassin’s Creed Origins is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
