Assassin’s Creed Origins is Ubisoft’s latest massive game, and recently, the publisher just had a Q&A detailing what the studio is up to for future updates. According to Ubisoft, they’re listening to the fanbase about future updates; this included the PC version getting HDR support and adding Edward Kenway’s outfit to the game. Ubisoft confirmed they have heard the desire for a New Game Plus mode and the developers are looking into adding it to the game. They also confirmed that no First Civilization DLC is coming to Assassin’s Creed Origins. The DLC packages that are coming are: The Hidden Ones [Expansion #1] This expansion takes place years after the events of Assassin’s Creed Origins in a new region occupied by a Roman force. Bayek and the new Assassins will clash with the Romans as the Brotherhood continues to grow. Slated for release in January 2018. The Curse of the Pharaohs [Expansion #2] The second expansion focuses on Egyptian mythology, pitting players against undead pharaohs and famed Egyptian monsters. Bayek will need to explore a mystical new realm and discover the root of the curse that has brought these creatures to life. Scheduled for a March 2018 launch. Those who missed out on the Trials of the Gods will get other chances to participate, as Ubisoft will rotate them. Assassin’s Creed Origins is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
