Today Capcom revealed a new Street Fighter title that is coming to mobile devices.

Street Fighter IV: Champion Edition is currently being developed for iOS devices. This is not the first mobile title Capcom has released, the company has other Street Fighter games on mobile devices like Street Fighter II and Street Fighter IV: Bolt.

The new Street Fighter IV: Champion Edition will include new characters adding Poison, Ibuki, and Dudley. In total, the game will have 25 characters to choose from. The game will support online play via a wi-fi connection, or players can practice and hone their skills against AI opponents.

Players on iPads and iPhone will control characters with virtual gamepads, however, the game does also support the connection of external controllers and gamepads.

Street Fighter IV: Champion Edition will be available this summer, an official release date has not been confirmed.
