With Steam’s Summer Sale already in the rearview many might think they’ve lost their chance to snag some deals on some cheap games to get themselves through the summer gaming doldrums. Not true.

Retailer GameStop has its own Summer Sale and it’s already kicked off with some pretty tasty deals. The sale has themes for each week, and week 1’s theme covers “Systems and Accessories.” This means great deals on, well, systems and accessories!

As can be seen above, most notable this week is an Xbox One bundle and a $30 GameStop gift card for $280.

The second involves a PlayStation 4 bundle (which starts at $349) including a 50% off coupon for an additional Dualshock 4 controller.

There are additional deals to be had on accessories, such as discounts on racing wheels and fight sticks. More of such offers can be found at GameStop’s website.

GameStop’s Summer Sale runs for five weeks starting July 11th through August 14th. We will be covering these themes and deals each week until the sale is through, so check back regularly with Gamer Assault Weekly for all the latest discounted gaming shwag.
