The Division has had a slew of bugs and problems since it’s release, but so far Ubisoft has been fairly on the ball in addressing the issues. The new ‘backpack’ bug, which locked players out of the game, and a disappearance bug are no different. Community developer Yannick Banchereau has stated that Ubisoft has a plan to compensate for these issues in the latest State of the Game stream.

Ubisoft plans on sending all the players that were affected by the bug quite a bit of in-game compensation in an attempt to help players who’ve been affected by the bugs, coming in the form of 500 Phoenix Credits and 10 of each High-End crafting material.

While the 1.1 update saw most of the players that were affected with the backpack bug fix, Ubisoft stated,

“There are still isolated cases, but these are caused by other types of bugs, these are being investigated on a case-by-case basis. So if you’re still experiencing it, keep informing us. We know that not 100 percent of cases have been fixed, but the main cause of the backpack issue, which was inventory space has been fixed.”

Ubisoft still hasn’t addressed the exploit in the Falcon Lost Incursion, which allows players to farm High-End loot, but has stated that they will be releasing a patch for this in a few days.
