Developer The Fun Pimps with a little help from Telltale Publishing are ready to bring the “unforgiving post apocalyptic” survival horror game 7 Days to Die over to the console universe this summer. Both Telltale and The Fun Pimps are hoping consoles fans have as much fun as their PC relatives do when the full release happens. Steve Allison, SVP Publishing at Telltale, Inc had this to say about the prospect of bringing the game to their fans:

“Telltale Publishing seeks to bring the best and most innovative games in their
genres to new audiences. 7 Days to Die has already thrilled over 1.5 million PC
users worldwide, and we’re delighted to bring this game from the PC to consoles


Steve also goes on to say that 7 Days to Die has redefined what the survival genre can be, with it’s terrifying sandbox experience. Fans of Telltale’s The Walking Dead will also be given a special treat in the form of exclusive skins when they preorder 7 Days to Die.  Preordering the game will grant you five exclusive skins, two of which are Lee Everett and Michonne. The new version of the game also will feature a new multiplayer mode that allows for split screen co-op, more multiplayer modes will be announced in the coming weeks. 7 Days to Die, will also reportedly be getting some new and exciting DLC, though Telltale was quick to add ” with details to be revealed in the near future”.


7 Days to Die is set to for digital and retail release with the price of $29.99 USD.
