As of yesterday, Ninja Theory’s new game, Hellblade, will be known as Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice.  The game was announced all the way back in 2014 at Gamescom. Now that the game has had much more time to develop, Ninja Theory decided on this new subtitle.

Since then, we’ve had a glimpse of the opening cinematic:

And a very interesting behind-the-scenes look at the motion capture for the game:

The subtitle for the game was announced yesterday, along with the new image below.

There should be more information on the title later this week. Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice will release simultaneously on PlayStation 4 and PC some time this year. Stay Tuned to Gamer Assault Weekly for more information as is becomes available and for all you gaming needs.
