After phasing out Club Nintendo the company has revealed the launch window for their new rewards program called My Nintendo.

According to Nintendo the My Nintendo rewards program will roll out in March. A specific date was not revealed, however it will coincide with the release of their mobile title Miitomo. The program will be available in 16 countries and those who had Club Nintendo accounts will instantly become My Nintendo members. This new program will be available across all Nintendo devices including the upcoming NX system.

The new program works on a point system which will allow players to accrue points for playing and will have the opportunity to spend these points on Nintendo themed merchandise. There are two types of points that can be earned: Gold and Platinum points. Gold points will allow players to earn discount vouchers for Nintendo items while the Platinum points can be used to purchase digital content including DLC and wallpapers.
