According to analysts EA’s new shooter Star Wars Battlefront has reached 13 million copies sold.

This number was published by Wedbush Securities analyst Michael Pachter which states that “Electronic Arts sold approximately 6 million Star Wars Battlefront games in November and an additional 6 million in December. With an average retail price of $55 for November and December combined.”

Originally EA had predicited that 13 million would be sold by the end of March this year, the game, however has exceed expectations. The predicitions from Wedbush Securities however are not official sales information from Electronic Arts and the actual sales may be a bit more, or less depending on how well the last quarter of 2015 went for the title. We will get official information about sales in the next quarterly information release.

Star Wars Battlefront is available now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Check out our review of the game here.
