Nearly two years after their disbandment, ENCE eSports has announced that they will be returning to the professional gaming scene with the motto, “Ever to excel.”

In the announcement they revealed their brand-new Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster, which primarily consists of former MIXCAT members as well as former Ninjas in Pyjamas AWPer Aleksi “allu” Jalli.

“In 2016 we have come back to continue on that journey in a pursuit to taking things to the next level. Under our wings we have the first ever Finnish CS:GO team that play as fulltime professionals and we have some of the most inspiring pioneers of Finnish eSports managing the organisation.”

Petri “Procyon” Hämälä will be continuing as the organization’s CEO, with Pekka “pehu” Aakko acting as chairman. Joona “natu” Leppänen participating as Team Manager. Both Tomi “lurppis” Kovanen and Juha “aNGeldusT” Kurppa will be taking on the role of Assisting Managers.

“We’ve had professional organisations in Finland in the past, but none has ever been able to provide circumstances where the players have had the opportunity to consider themselves as fulltime professional players. We can happily say our team now is in that situation and with our backing we’re certain they can simply focus on one thing: playing.”
