Former Team Dignitas coach Danny “zonic” Sørensen has been announced to be the new head coach for Team Questionmark, thus leaving mTw less than a month after joining the organization.

The former Counter-Strike 1.6 progamer left the competitive scene in 2012, with his last team being mousesports. It wasn’t until July of 2015 that he would join Team Dignitas as their coach, a decision that would kick off his career in the Global Offensive scene.

“When we decided to get a coach for 2016, the entire team agreed that only Danny [zonic] would fit as the 6th man on our team. With his vast experience as a top tier player, Danny is able to help us improve on both communication and tactics, while also being aware of what is expected of a professional player.”
–Team Captain Finn “Karrigan” Andersen.

Questionmark is best known as Team SoloMid’s former CS:GO roster, which was let go late last year due to scheduling conflicts that ultimately was caused by the significant time zone differences between the team and TSM headquarters.

“I am excited about being given the chance to work with one of the best squads in the world. The team did amazing last year, but their goal of becoming the absolutely best in the world made this something I couldn’t say no to. At the same time I would like to thank mTw for their help in this, as well as Dignitas for a great time.”
-Danny ‘zonic‘ Sørensen
