After a rocky launch on PC yesterday for Batman: Arkham Knight online game retailer Green Man Gaming has offered it’s customers refunds on digital purchases.

The PC version of the game was riddled with problems like a glitches, frame rate drops, and crashing. In lieu of the issues Rockstead is working with Iron Galaxy Studios, the developer of the PC port to release a patch for the game that is releasing “soon.”

The patch, however, does not promise it will be resolving all of the issues. According to the official blog post from Green Man Gaming they said that they will be offering refunds on digital purchases if the patch does not fix the issues. GMG said,

“We want you to enjoy your game. But if after the fix has been released, you still cannot play your game, we will process refund requests for the game.”

If you purchased the game via Steam you have up to 30 days to submit a request for a refund.

Besides having issues with the PC launch of the game, the strategy guide also had a very blatant typo. Seems like this big release just didn’t go off as planned and it’s sad to see Batman join the other AAA titles that just didn’t deliver.
