Nordic Games has confirmed that a remastered version of Darksiders II is currently in development for the new-gen. Rumors started to swirl after Amazon accidentally listed a PlayStation 4 version of Darksiders II for $40. While the listing has been pulled, Nordic Games has stated “the authenticity of the listing is unquestionable.” While an Xbox One version of the game seems likely, only a PS4 version has been confirmed. Darksiders II was one of THQ’s final games before shutting down. The game released in August of 2012 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC while getting a Wii U release date in November of that same year. After THQ’s assets were auctioned off, Nordic Games picked up the Darksiders rights, along with numerous other IPs. Source
