Sony has announced that PlayStation Network sub accounts will now be able to upgrade to master accounts. Sub accounts are for users under the age of 18 years old that allows for parental control through a master account including spending limits, messaging, broadcasts. Now, if you have turned 18 and have a PSN sub account, you can upgrade the account via the web – and later through PS4 – to a master account. When you make that upgrade, everything from you account will carry over, including friends, trophies and games.
