Video game retailer GameStop has recently introduced several changes to its PowerUp Rewards customer loyalty program, adding additional $50 or more in monthly perks on top of its discounts on used games and accessories.

Following the soft launch of the latest revamp of the loyalty program, customers who sign up or renew will receive a buy-two-get-one free coupon to be used on their next purchase that will print on the customer’s receipt. Members will also receive $50 or more in monthly offers. This month, members who sell GameStop their PlayStation Vita will receive an extra $50 in credit until October the 12th. Then starting on October the 8th members who purchase a pre-owned smartphone will receive $50 off the purchase price.

Additionally, GameStop has launched a PowerUp Rewards credit card this week, giving customers access to bonus rewards points and in-store financng. The credit card will be only for in store, but it will be beneficial for those purhcasing a great deal in the store, especially around holiday time. The card APR starts at 26.99% with a minimum of $2 interest charged per plan.
