Some players who picked up the Xbox One disc version of Deep Silver and 4A Games’ very recently released Metro Redux seem to be running into a loading issue that results in the game freezing at 99% in the load screen, or being kicked back to the title screen, early on in Metro 2033. So far the problem appears to be pretty isolated and the developer is already aware of it and is actively looking for solutions.

A few users have reported successfully repairing it themselves by uninstalling the game and reinstalling it while remaining offline to avoid downloading the first patch, but it doesn’t seem to be the solution for everyone, it’s worth a shot though!

Metro Redux released August 26th on Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4.
