Soon, Xbox One owners will no longer have to wait to play games they have pre-ordered for digital download. At Microsoft’s Gamescom 2014 presentation  Xbox head, Phil Spencer, announced the option to pre-order and pre-download games from a select library of titles that will included Forza Horizon 2 and FIFA 15. This give Xbox One some of the same functionality that can be found on Steam and other digital download services. This is a welcome feature for many and will relieve stress on the  servers during the launch of some these games.
