During Microsoft’s E3 press conference, 2K and Turtle Rock shared new information about four player co-op, plus one player controlled monster, Evolve. The Xbox One will be home to exclusive DLC and console beta this fall.

Along with the exciting news that Xbox One owners will have access to exclusive content, we got to see an all new tentacle covered, lightning generating monster joining the previously announced Goliath. Unlike Goliath, it seems this new creature is more agile and has an ability to hover in the air for a limited amount of time. The variation between the two creatures will certainly have players controlling the hunters rethinking their tactics in order to survive.

The beta doesn’t have a release window yet, but it’s easy to expect it to launch at the end of the summer considering Evolve is set to hit shelves October 21st for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
