Murdered: Soul Suspect was originally revealed as a current-gen/last-gen (however you want to look at it) title. That’s no longer the case, as it was announced for Xbox One on Monday in an Xbox video, and Square Enix revealed today that it will also come to the PlayStation 4. Square Enix also revealed that the game will be shipping in June of this year.

The next-gen versions of the game will include upgrades over the current-gen versions. Next-gen versions will run at 1080p and include higher particle counts. They will also have other improved visual effects as well as a “more immersive ghost world.”

In Murdered: Soul Suspect, you play as the murdered detective Ronan O’Connor. You are tasked with trying to find out how you were murdered as you go around as a ghost. You will even be able to possess bodies to dive deeper into crime scenes and find out more details about your killer.

Murdered: Soul Suspect is also releasing on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
