Didn’t get a chance to play Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate last fall because you don’t own a handheld? Good news for you then, Warner Bros. announced that the game will be coming to PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U and PC on April 1 in the form of Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate – Deluxe Edition.

Originally the 2.5D game was released on the PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS handhelds. Armature Studio is now developing the game in HD for consoles and PC. The HD version of the game will be available on PSN, Xbox Live Marketplace, Nintendo eShop and Steam and come with a few new upgrades, including a new map, hint system and 5.1 surround sound.

This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise given that rumors started flying about this new version of the game a couple weeks ago.
