Batman: Arkham Origins will be hitting current-gen consoles in late October, but gamers who will be making the purchase for Wii U will save $10. However, the Wii U version does not support the multiplayer portion of the game.

The Wii U version will still include the same single-player experience, and they’ll still have access to the single-player expansion when it comes out.

The multiplayer portion of the game pits eight players against each other with Joker’s thugs taking on Bane’s thugs while Batman and Robin try to take them all down. The multiplayer portion of the game was developed by Splash Damage, who is known for Brink. It is unclear at this time why they have excluded the multiplayer from the Wii U version.

Batman: Arkham Origins releases for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U and PC on October 25th.
