The recent layoffs at Electronic Arts are reportedly continuing. A source told Polygon that the Battlefield publisher has let go of a “small number” of employees recently.

The source said that fewer than 20 employees were affected by these job cuts, which are related to the company-wide restructuring effort that EA began months ago, supposedly.

Last month it was rumored that 10% of the global employees were getting laid off.

By the end of 2012, Electronic Arts employed around 9,370 people across the world. A 10% staff release would reduce the company’s total employee count to 8,400 developers.

EA has yet to detail which team were impacted in this reduction of the company.
