With mobile gaming on the rise we are seeing more and more independent developers in the market. Today, GameStop announced their new project the Kongregate Mobile Developers program. The program is a $10 million fund aimed at helping independent game developers be successful in the free-to-play mobile market.

Kongregate will offer individuals with funds for distribution, consulting services, financial assistance, marketing and promotion as well as services like quality assurance. It is also aimed at having each game successfully launch. The chosen games will receive cross promotion through Kongregate, The  GameStop iOS, Android apps and the official GameStop websites. In addition, successful titles will be display in retail stores across the world and will have an advertising campaign and public relation initiatives to ensure their success.

Being part of the fund is open to all who apply. Become part of the Kongregate Mobile Developers program by contacting Kongregate Developers.
