Today, Bioware announced two final DLCs for Mass Effect 3. One for the single-player and one for the multiplayer.

The final installation to Shepard’s journey, known as Citadel, takes you to through the illustrious complex. You’ll go from the from Wards, all the way to the top-secret area of the Council Archives. Shepard is once again the target of a plot and it is up to you to uncover it. You’ll rejoin your team and once again meet up with the cast from the other two Mass Effect games.

Once you’re struggle is over, you’ll be able to rekindle old flames and speak with your old comrades. You can spend time in the Armax Arena, try your hand in the Citadel’s Silver Coast Casino or spend time exploring and furnishing your own living quarters.

Citadel will be release March 5th worldwide for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, but those in Europe will have to wait just one more day. It’ll be out March 6th for them. For Xbox 360 users, the content will be 2 separate packs, the first being $14.99 or 1200 Microsoft points and the second for free. You must have both packs for the DLC to work though.

For the final DLC for the multiplayer, you’ll have Reckoning. You already have a vast array for characters to use, you get several more to go along with them. You’ll get the Geth Juggernaut, the Turian Raptor, a Talon Mercenary, an Alliance Infiltration Unit and also Krogan Warlord wielding a biotic hammer.

The DLC also comes with 7 new weapons for you to fight back the forces that oppose you. Three of the weapons you’ll get are the Geth Spitfire Assault Rifle, the Venom Shotgun, and the Lancer Assault rifle. Along with these weapons you’ll get a few more mods and equipment, including the Geth Scanner and Assault Rifle Ultralight materials.

Reckoning will release February 26th for worldwide for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Once again for those in Europe, it will release on February 27th on the PS3.

Bioware will also be live streaming Reckoning on February 25th at 9:30am PST on Twitch TV. Some of the members of the developing team will be there to answer questions and demo the DLC.
