When Westworld Mobile was released it immediately faced legal action from Bethesda. The game developed by Behaviour Interactive and published by Warner Bros. was accused of using the same code from Fallout Shelter for the game and the 2 sides have claimed there were “amicable” to end the lawsuit. The game is no longer available on the App Store or Google Play and will close this April 16th.

The lawsuit was originally filed in Maryland U.S. District Court where Westworld was heavily compared to Fallout Shelter in terms of gameplay, animations, features, and style. In addition, the game had a glitch that was present in Fallout Shelter pre-launch when the camera being out-of-focus
