Comic book tie-ins for video game IPs happen every now and then, and Life is Strange is now ready for a short comic book series. Next week, the first part of Titan Comics’ four-part series will be released.

The comic book series, written by Emma Vieceli and illustrated by Claudia Leonardi, will expand on the story of the original game. In particular, it will follow the events of one of the game’s different endings. The official synopsis given by Titan Comics states,

This all-new emotional rollercoaster stars fan-favorites Max and Chloe, and picks up after one heart-breaking ending of the critically-acclaimed game! One year after Max fatefully chose Chloe over Arcadia Bay, timelines tangle around the pair in a literal fight against time!

There’s a few short page excerpts available. Gamespot received a brief preview, which you can check out below.

Copies of the first issue of Life is Strange will arrive in online and brick-and-mortar comic retailers on November 14. The next issues haven’t been given a release date, but you can check out the publisher’s page here.
