There have been several glitches, graphical issues, visual bugs found in the PC version of Just Cause 3. Apparently, a lot of the problems stem from issues with video card drivers causing frame rate issues.

There has been outrage across the web as many users are claiming their experience with the game is less than desirable due to these framerate issues. One redditor had claimed that the game was unplayable, complaining that even despite his high end processing power (Intel i7 5820k) and his graphics card (Nvidia GTX 980Ti) he apparently was still only getting 10fps.

Square Enix representative, Jay Walker, had taken to Just Cause 3‘s Steam Community forum, recognizing the issues and explaining to players that “there are some known issues that occur with the most recent official release AMD/ATi graphics card drivers.”

Here are the recommended specs for the game:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 3.4 GHz or AMD FX-8350 4.0 GHz
OS: Vista SP2, Win 7 SP1, Win 8.1 (64-bit Operating System Required)
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 with 3 GB of VRAM

Just Cause 3 came out tuesday and has received generally positive reviews, though it’s safe to say that the above issues may put a strain on PC user’s reviews of the destructive sandbox.
